Notes
- Each property manager formats reports differently:
- Chiang Mai uses "accommodation income" instead of "room revenue" in their internal reports
- Krabi uses "lodging" instead of "room revenue"
- The exported data standardizes the column name but the underlying categorization varies
- Koh Samui includes breakfast revenue in room_revenue. Other properties separate breakfast into food_beverage_revenue. This means Koh Samui's room_revenue is systematically higher relative to the actual accommodation charge.
- Koh Samui had a renovation closure for approximately 6 weeks. During this period, revenue and occupancy are zero or near-zero.
