Hello,

The inventory system is working. My team uses it every day. Thank you.

Two things. First, I need to track relationships between things better. Right now I can see that Batch 2024-H2-03 used cacao from Finca Rosario, but I can't see all the orders that used bars from that batch. Last week a customer in Munich reported an off-flavour in their bars. I need to trace back: which batch, which farm, which other customers got bars from the same batch. Right now I have to search through everything manually.

Second, my shops in Japan and Germany are asking if they can check their own order status instead of emailing me. I spend an hour a day answering "where's my order?" emails. If they could look it up themselves that would save me a lot of time.

I don't want them to see other customers' orders or my internal inventory. Just their own orders and the status.
