Hi,

The churn model from last time is running and my team is actually using it -- they love having the ranked list every week. But I've been looking at the results and I have some concerns.

First, the model seems to miss a lot of the prepaid customers who churn. It catches the postpaid ones pretty well but the prepaid ones slip through. My data team tells me the prepaid customers behave differently -- more erratic top-up patterns, shorter tenure.

Second, I want to do this properly this time. Last time we just went straight to building. I want a proper plan -- a requirements document, an evaluation strategy before we build, the whole process. My board is asking how we measure success and I need to be able to show them a structured approach.

The dataset is the same but I've added three more months of data. Same format, same columns.

What I want: a better model that handles the prepaid customers properly, and I want the whole thing documented -- the requirements, why we chose the metrics we chose, the evaluation results, everything. If my board asks "how do you know this works?" I need a real answer.
